Soil Testing
Soil is an extremely important aspect of plant health. Many types of microorganisms live in the soil, and they help our trees and plants grow. Soil is a complicated environment that requires some study to understand. Through our practice, we have learned and experienced all types of urban soils, and many times a soil test can contain vital information to optimize your landscape. Certain plants favor some soil types, pH levels, or differing levels of water drainage. We can help you cater your landscape choices to the soil you have. Knowing the soil can also allow us to begin to modify your soil for optimal plant growth. Getting a test done will tell you crucial information about your soil and what needs to be done. Testing is done at a lab with equipment for proper readings. It includes an analysis of soil nutrient content, along with our recommendations to amend deficient soils.
Mosquito Control
Mosquitos can be a nuisance in residential areas, and smaller repellants sometimes do not help to keep them at bay. Our chemical barrier applications will help control the population in your yard by spraying their potential habitats and surrounding areas.

Deer Repellent
Unfortunately, there are animals that can damage your gardens and ornamental plants throughout the year. Our Deer Repellent Treatment Program includes a foliar spray applied monthly during periods of growth when the plant is most desirable to be eaten. It is designed to repel deer before they begin browsing shrubs and eating your landscape plants by emitting an odor that is unpleasant to them, as well as acting as a taste bitterant. Our Winter Deer Repellent Treatment is a foliar spray applied in the late fall and lasts through the winter months into the early spring. Though the winter repellent treatment may leave a light temporary residue, it has proven to be effective at protecting your trees and shrubs from irreparable damage! Our Deer Repellent Treatment Program includes nine monthly spring, summer, and fall repellent applications, and one winter deer repellent application.
Bed Weed Control
Weed control in planting and mulch beds. Our bed weed control program consists of four applications at weather-determined intervals during the growing season. It is intended to greatly reduce the number of weeds that germinate in your mulch bed, however mechanical measures like hand-pulling weeds may still be necessary to eliminate all unwanted plants.
